Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales & Marketing to lead our business growth in the U.S. market. This role is crucial for developing strategic partnerships and scaling revenue while working closely with our offshore delivery center in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. go-to-market strategy
• Build and lead the U.S. sales and marketing team
• Identify and close high-value business opportunities
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and lead generation efforts
• Work with delivery team in India to ensure client expectations are met

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT/software services sales
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with offshore delivery models
• Proven track record of revenue growth and team building
