Client Success Manager (USA)

Summary

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale and ensure successful delivery coordination with our offshore development center.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for active clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations
• Coordinate with India-based project managers and developers
• Identify upsell opportunities and collect feedback
• Monitor delivery performance and client expectations

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client success or account management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Understanding of IT project management prLLCiples
• Ability to work across time zones with offshore teams
